This was a great project, in the purpose and the process, developing and evolving through each iteration. It went from 2 very simple design aesthetics with similar layouts. They went through testing and with the results allowed us to focus the direction of the design. We collaborated with the client to define the brand. Because the site is trying to help people take responsibility and actively work towards reducing their footprint, through creating conversation. The community can ask and answer questions to help each other out. This sparked the idea of merging a foot with a speech bubble, which became the logo for the brand and site. The site is constantly evolving and is a good example of iterative process.
